Can you imagine Waupaca County having 83 rural one-room schoolhouses? Do you remember when each township in the county had a Dance Hall Inspector and the Dance Hall Committee reported to the County Board of Supervisors?
That was how the landscape of Waupaca looked back in 1946. Since those days, Faulks Bros. Construction has been literally shaping Waupaca County with its now highly-diversified construction and materials supply businesses.

Faulks Bros. started as a two-man undertaking when Syd and Oliver Faulks began delivering sand and gravel to customers around the Waupaca area with a couple shovels and an old Army truck. Today the third generation of Faulks is helping the family-owned company move ahead with its new ventures.
Many of Faulks Bros. services still focus on assisting residents of Waupaca County with their land improvement needs. Customers can come to Faulks Bros. yard to pick up decorative stone, topsoil, or even a bucket of sand, to use for projects around their houses. For larger projects, their experienced employees will bring equipment to your jobsite for basements, driveways, grading, pond digging, demolition, and other site preparation work.
In addition to its local services, Faulks Bros. also owns divisions that operate a little further from home. Members of the companys SportZmix Solutions division were recently in Dubai, United Arab Emirates working on the construction of the Tiger Woods Golf Course. The Waupaca Sand & Solutions division sells specialty sands and maintenance materials to golf courses and athletic fields in Wisconsin and Illinois.
To thank the communities it has served for over 60 years, Faulks Bros. makes service a priority. The company donated the excavating for the construction of Waupacas Swan Park. After the Lake Delton flooding, Faulks Bros. contributed Sur-Hop Infield Mix to restore two baseball fields washed away by the water.
On behalf of all its employees, Randy and Bob Faulks, the owners of Faulks Bros. thank the Waupaca community for the opportunity to be of service in the past and, hopefully, in the future.
